Welcome to SilverPulse. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.
Service Description
SilverPulse provides real-time silver price tracking across global markets including USD, EUR, and CNY exchanges. Our service updates every 10 minutes and includes:
- •Live silver price data from COMEX, LBMA, and SHFE exchanges
- •Historical price charts and analytics
- •Market analysis and news
- •Educational resources about precious metals
Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily access the service for personal, non-commercial use only. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions.
You may not:
- •Modify or copy the materials or content
- •Use the service for commercial purposes without authorization
- •Attempt to reverse engineer any software or systems
- •Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
- •Use automated systems to scrape or download data

Data Accuracy

Price data is sourced from third-party providers (GoldPriceZ) and may be delayed or inaccurate. Always verify prices with official exchange sources before making any decisions.
User Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

- •Transmitting malicious code or viruses
- •Attempting unauthorized access to our systems
- •Harassing or abusing other users or administrators
Account Security
If you access the admin panel, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials.
We implement IP-based security measures, including automatic bans after 3 failed login attempts. Banned IPs must contact an administrator for removal.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your credentials.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall SilverPulse or Nlaak Studios be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the service.
This limitation applies even if SilverPulse or its authorized representative has been notified of the possibility of such damage.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
